What are Affirmations
They are positive phrases or statements used to challenge negative or unhelpful thoughts. All you need to do is pick a phrase and repeat it to yourself, here are some generic examples:
- I am enough
- I love myself
- I deserve happiness
- I am worthy
- I forgive my mistakes
- I matter
- Everyday is a fresh start
- I am loved
We can maintain our sense of self- integrity by telling ourself what we believe in positive ways. We can back up these affirmations through visualisation so we begin to see the changes we want to create. This is a commitment to shifting your mindset and embracing the best version of yourself.

The Seven Chakras and Their Affirmations
-Root Chakra (Red) – base of the spine. Affirmation: I am connected to the earth and the natural world.

-Solar Plexus Chakra (Yellow) – Between the diaphragm and Navel. Affirmation: I can face challenges with confidence as I pursue my purpose.
-Heart Chakra (Green) - beside the heart. Affirmation: I attract king and loving people. I embrace harmonious relationships.
-Throat Chakra (Blue) - Hearing and communication. Affirmation: I speak truth clearly, calmly and openly.
-Third eye Chakra (Purple) – Between the eyebrows. Affirmations: I see all situations as an opportunity to learn and grow.
-Crown Chakra (Violet) - The top of the head. Affirmation: Inner peace flows through me
